Copy the file FFSInit_SL75_2_ua-retail_39_0358.exe to c:\temp\
Start the winswup file SL75390400.xbi ... |

Sorry, I have no experience with xfs files. Maybe you need "Factory mode" also for this operation
I could manage everything now , but the only think i need is the t9da.drc file...

Problem is, that you need to installed something like license for each t9 dictionary you want to use.
If you remove some ldb file, you can put it back any time and it will work, because license file ... |
