you have to comment (write ";" ) in front of the first and third line:

you have to do it so:

Thanks for your help. I made a mistake with #3 step.

1. With v_klay I applied function library(library.vkp)

2. Then I created folder in "Siemens Device\Data\Misc\Patches\ptc"
