Hi to all of you , i dont speak CZ but i will ask in english, now i want to update the el71 i have an usb original cable DCA-140 and i download the firmware everything starts fine the phone is found ok on com 8 start to update aftes 10 sec the phone goes in off mode and everything fine but after 5-7 minutes keeps tell CANOT CONNECT PHONE. CHECK IF ATHACHED CORECTLY.???? please can some one help please , cheers

Connect your mobile to the PC using one of the following cables compatible with your EL71:

Data Cable serial DCA-100 / Data Cable USB DCA-140 / Sync Station DSC-100
start the downloaded firmware file (.exe) and follow the instructions

have u try whit orginal firmeware

yes i have an original cable DCA-140 wich came with a phone and the firmware is official i tried 3 firmware same thing so i dont now what is the problem every thing starts fine updating but after 10-11 sec phone goes off mode and than after 5 minutes same can connect to phone ????
