Just the quote from the official site, for those of you who did not bother to read it:

start the downloaded firmware file (.exe) and follow the instructions
Finalise the update process with the following steps:
- enter PIN (SIM required)
- press *#9999# on your keypad
- press the "send" button and confirm with "yes"
- turn off your mobile phone and switch it on again

Important hint: If you update your S75/SL75 mobile phone with this firmware it may happen that all received SMS and MMS, stored in your inbox, are lost! You can use our free MPM software to save your data on a PC before you install this update.
