How to apply this patch? What pictures i have apply first? and i have to apply * ImprovedNetIndicator + ProfileLogo *? Neutral

Firstly you must to apply ImprovedNetIndicator + ProfileLogo.

Yes, befor that you must apply addition to PIT table.
I think with that grafic patch they mean taht PIT table, because it allows you to change more pictures in SPC.

But its not end because in Extra info + profile logo on the main screen v4.1.vkp writes:

so i need picture but from where i could get them? d'oh!

what this patch gives to me:
CX70v56_supernet_profile_logo.vkp?
I applyed
CX70v56_doplnok_do_PIT.vkp
CX70v56_supernet_profile_logo.vkp
and nothing changed only net picture plase changed d'oh!

mey be its becioiuse i didnt apply graphic patch? mey be i have to apply graphic patch from CX70v56_supernet_v0.13.zip

I have checked this patch ..Addition to PIT table.. a and have seen that it is enjoyed with ..ImprovedNetIndicator + ProfileLogo...
Try to separate them. There are two different patches in one file.
