Siema jestem z Polski<<<I'm from Poland>>>Mam problem mam kabelek usb DCA-540 i jakoś chciałbym go przerobić na serwisowy,bo na com-ie wszystko strasznie długo trwa.I mam jeszcze proźbe może ktoś wie jak podkręcić predkość w porcie com???

Whether it takes long to transfer files does not depend on ability to perform service actions (service cable). It does only depend on what kind of pc connector does the cable have. USB ones are the fastest.
I didn't get the second question totally but I think you were asking how to re-map (change com numbers) of com ports. So you can do it this way :(On NT-based windows - XP,2000):

1.) Right-click the My computer icon
2.) Click the 'Manage' command
3.) In the tree view, find the 'Device manager'
4.) Then dbl-click the 'Ports (COM & LPT)' to expand it
5.) Select the port you want and dbl-click it
6.) Click the 'Port settings' tab and on that tab click the 'Advanced' button
7.) You can change the number of COM port in the 'Number of COM port' listbox.
And when you click OK you will go one level back and there you can also set the communication speed.

NOTE: I have slovak lang pack for windows and I translated all names of buttons etc. from slovak so they might be called a bit different in the English version...
