hello
any ideea how to open the hidden disks in s75?config and cache?

You must enter SKEY in phone with cable DCA-510 (service cable). Use px75v1 and PapuaUtils.

i introduced skey,but still i can't see the disks...what next?

i used papua utils v0.79d, i calculated the codes, esn hash skey,and when tried to introduce skey sayd:
SecurityStatus: CustomerMode
Îòêëþ÷åíèå SKEY â òåëåôîíå...
SKEY îòêëþ÷åí!
SecurityStatus: CustomerMode

not factory mode...what can i do?

If you already introduced SKEY in phone:
I don't know S75, but for example in M75: Menu -> My Stuff -> press 1 ...enjoy
Or you can see hidden disc in any file manager... Simoco(?), MPM, VSFE, TC with VSOFS plugin, ... etc.

1) Your firmware MUST BE 24 or LOWER!
2) Install application px75v1 (link is upper on this page) and run it
3) After approx. 15 minutes the application calculate HASH and ESN codes. Put it down into e.g. notepad (both without dashes or spaces, char "0" is zero!!) and also write down IMEI of your phone
4) Turn off the phone and connect it to the computer
5) Run program PapuaUtils v0.7.7 or higher
6) Turn the phone into service mode (the display light of phone turn on and there is words "Service mode" on it)
7) Put the right ESN, HASH and IMEI into program and press "Calculate SKEY" and then "Install SKEY into phone"->program must write "Factory mode"; if not, try to install SKEY again...

well,did that severelat times already,but when i try to introduce skey says the customer mode

Do you have all codes in the right form? Espacially ESN is different for using in PapuaUtils or in x65 flasher (java application calculate both of them, you must use the right ESN for PU!). Did you copy your codes (IMEI, ESN, HASH) into PU without dashes ("-")?? Have you choose the right phone type? And did your PU fill automatically the HW ID field? If it's all OK, I really do not know, where the problem would be... Think

dude, could be a problem because the phone went in service cause was stuck and didnt power on, and they flashed it?
