I think you can ask Keyser Soze (via Private Message) on the forum on http://forum.modopo.com .
He should know how to get this FW (there was even FW39 for EF81 released yet, but you have to do some de-customization, because this FW was a little bit customizated by T-Mobile).

which one is the last fw..? 39 or 40..? 40 is available at the moment..? |

Well, EF81 is marketed with preinstalled FW23. On this german forum you can get FW27 or the customized FW39 when asking on PM the man that I wrote 8)
btw how did find about the FW40? This FW doesn´t exist yet and probably won´t exist, too.
***EDIT: Or you can wait till the new FW will be OFFICIALLY released on benqmobile.com site (as there is actually no FW for EF81 offered  ).

I have these fw.. but not include tr lang.. so I need this fw EF81_IP11.0.2_SVN27_Production_tr-Retail ..
