Had just downloaded and tried... the installation (which has a bit strange logo in the header - there is a picture of SXG75 with "SIEMENS mobile" title!) hangs-up at its end, but everything is succesfully installed.

It´s an usual 3GSwup as we know from the SXG´s swups, SG75 is even based on the same chipset and then there´s the amss.mbn file, which has almost the same size as in the SXG´s Swup!
The version of FW is probably 12 and it comes from Germany, due to the classic "BRD-Handel" label.

I wonder, how did this FW get on the net... SG75 is such a rarity...

Je to klasický 3Gswup, jaký už dlouho (a nadlouho) známe z FW pro SXG.
Trochu mě udivilo, že SG jede na stejném chipsetu a pak to, že soubor s obsahem paměti má název amss.mbn, narozdíl od SXG75 a právě jako u aktualizovanějších firmwarů pro EF81. Je navíc skoro stejně velký jako W5V0.qapp pro SXG.

Jinak verze FW je asi 12 (patrné z pojmenování několika souborů ve Swupu) a má co do činění s Německem - kvůli známému označení "BRD-Handel", které je taktéž patrné.

Nějak nechápu, jak se ten FW vůbec dostal na net, když se SG75 příliš oficiálně (resp. o nějakém prodeji SG mám jen kusé informace převážně z tohoto fóra

) ani neprodávalo, a už vůbec mi tam nesedí to BRD-Handel... Shocked

Je to opravdu FW12 pro telefon Siemens SG75. Shocked

Nevím, jestli má umístění tohoto firmwaru na SM praktický význam, když ten telefon má snad jen bůh a ještě pár dalších lidí, ale na druhou stranu - když ho mají i na MoDoPu (viz zde), tak proč ho nemít i tu, že...

Download Mode is only possible, if u can see something on Display. For instance if u charge the Battery.

Hold # without cable. Then power on. U must see an Logo.

Then u can update.

If u mean with dead really dead? Nothing happens, no beep and nothing on Display.

Then sorry. Crying or Very sad

Oh, this was not an good idea. U have killed the Bootloader. This is the Firmware from an SXG75... Crying or Very sad

Damn. Only with Software. NO CHANCE.

Maybe a few Freaks can fix it, with special Hardware. JTAG or something... But they need to open the mobile.

Short: Sorry, it is dead.

BTW:
I have tried such thingies with QPST. NPRG6250SEC.HEX from SXG75 is bigger then from SG75...

Experiments, only with AMSS.MBN+AMSSHD.MBN or CEFS

NEVER with NPRG6250SEC.HEX and the other different files... Shame on you

adfree: interesting, when i bought my SG75, there was fw from SXG75 and FFS from SXG75 - when it starts it shown big SIEMENS logo on display - logo was not full and then phone freezes, and when i update firmware for SG75 there was images what is bigger than images for 176x220 displays, FM radio, taking photos in 2mpx, GPSone - let's see:
