MP3 on CX65. How to install ELFloader?

Hi there,
I am trying to patch my CX65 @ FW 50 to play MP3.
This is what I have done so far:

1. Download This Archive
2 ) Extract to folder
3 ) Copy to this folder your fullflash, and rename to "Flash.bin"
4 ) Run file "MakePatch.bat"
5 ) It will create file "AudioHook.vkp"
6 ) Apply this patch.

The next step would be to copy MP3.elf to 0:\Zbin
and modify 0:\Zbin\etc\extension.cfg (to associate MP3.elf to the mp3 extension)
But to make this work, I need ELFloader. I don't know where to download that...

My question is:
Where can I get ELFloader, and how do I install it?

Any help would be much appreciated.
If I manage to do everything succesfully, I will write a full english tutorial about it.

At first you must play to phone masterpatch, can open only later mobile elfs

CX65 hasn´t got support.
You must remade CX65 to CX70.
