Vocabulary Trainer

I'm really interested in using some vocabulary trainer that allows loading vocabulary directly from text files saved in phone's filesystem. There are several interesting like Minipauker or Mobvoc, both hosted in sourceforge. Unfortunately to me, these ones don't work on my CF75 because its propietary filesystem api.
However i've found this app that might work on every siemens phone

You'll find it at the bottom of thap page. As yo can see there's only jar and jad files to download, but when opened the app it refers to a sample vocabulary, called "example.voc"
Anyone knows how to make this sort of VOC files ?
