Hello everyone!  I'm a "Siemens fans" in China. I got a problem with my SXG75 about the installation of the BREW software named "videoplayex". I have installed it, but the phone will restart when I open the software. And I also set a directory named "mp3" in MMC. But it still dosen't work.  I think there may be some difference in the installation between playex and videoplayex. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks so much!!! |

Have you got configuration file in brew/config/shared/videoplayex ?

Thanks for your advice! 
I put the "videoplayex.cfg" into brew/shared/videoplayex, but not brew/config/shared/videoplayex. I cannot find the "shared" directory in brew/config. I don't know whether it makes difference.
Is it necessary to creat a new directory named "shared" in brew/config so as to put the configuration file "videoplayex.cfg" into brew/config/shared/videoplayex?

sry, it must be in brew/shared/videoplayex
... what firmware do you have? Because for videoplayex is recommend fw26. (But i tested od my sxg (fw22) and it's working)

Mine is fw26, too. I'm really puzzled. Have you installed the "videoplayex"? Could you please tell me the detail process of the installation?
