Papua Utils075
px65v5
V_Klay 3.3
1. copy the java midlet px65v5 into Data/Java/jam/Applications using SiMoCo,MPM or similar software
2. run the midlet
3. confirm "Local Connection? and "Allow Java to access data cable?"
4. wait 10-40 minuts until the midlet generates the keys, do NOT switch it off, when the keys are generated, you can hear "beep"
5. open papuautils and set your COM port (1) and go to the second tab (2)
6. push the "px65v4" key (1) and let papuautils download generated keys, when everything is downloaded , push the button "SKEY/BOOTKEY" (2), papua will calculate SKEY and BOOTKEY
7.switch your phone off and go to the first tab (3)
8. push the "Service mode" button (1) and press the red button on your mobile phone - do NOT hold it, push it only for a second (if something goes wrong, repeat the switching on)
9. when the telephone is in the "service mode", go back to the second tab and generate files for v_klay, x65 flasher and freia and save them (1)
10. than save SKEY to the telephone (2) and switch off your phone
11. copy generated v_klay loader into Program Files/ViSoft/V_Klay/data/Loaders, open V_Klay nad choose x65 (x75) Password boot, than your pnohe should connect with v_klay and you could patch it

4a. DO NOT CLOSE THE JAVA MIDLET px65v5 !!!!!
5. open papuautils and set your COM port (1) and go to the second tab (2) _________________ S65(FW58) | IFL-600 (External flash) | DCA500

Cool!
As I understood the java application px65v5 should be left ON when it finishes calculations. It must be on when you start PapuaUtils (x65Flasher... or similar)
This is just to clarify the things... but you have really done great work translating this for all the people who do not speak Czeh. _________________ S65(FW58) | IFL-600 (External flash) | DCA500

5. open papuautils...
7. switch the phone off...
otherway, papuautils couldn't download the keys from the phone |

i have typed the codes manualy and i recieved an eroor when i wanted to generate the skey. it said that the esn was wrong! another problem was that the java aplication didn`t detect the cable... it was asking "please connect the accesorry" i thoungt that manualy should work ... but it didn`t. i doubt that automaticaly will work... _________________ zoxir |

Use new java midlet px75v1.jar.
HASH: 123456-7890-.....
HASH for PapuaUtils: 123567890... (without "-")
ESN: ABCD-EF12
ESN for PapuaUtils: 12EFCDAB _________________ Zálohovat, zálohovat, zálohovat!!!

I have a DCA-540 cable; will I be able to use it with this program??
Also, I transfered the px75v5 to my siemens S66(S65) and got all neccessary codes. But when I start up Papua Utilis 0.7.9c and click on px75v5 I get this error:
Awaiting answer from Chaos midlet...
No answer from midlet!
1) Neglected to run midlet px65v5 in phone...
2) At request "Connect Accessory" press button "Px65v5" and connect cable to phone.
3) Wait for the midlet to finish and again press button "Px65v5"...
*Midlet can be found at http://chaos.allsiemens.com/download/px65v5.rar
I followed all your instructions and nothing? What am I doing wrong?
***Also, when I manually type in the HASH, IMEI and ESN and click calculate, the program gives me:
Calculation of keys...
Key not found! |

Because you have a DCA-540 cable - that's why it can't communicate with the midlet (and even if it could communicate, it's no use for you, as 540 doesn't communicate with the phone when it's off - all service operations require phone to be OFF while establishing a connection) _________________ Siemens CX75 -> QTek 9100 (T-Mobile MDA Vario) |

3. confirm "Local Connection? and "Allow Java to access data cable?"
If no this kind of question was asked, what to do?
Ok, I've M75, how could I make a loader? x65flasher runs well, but Papua couldn't make a loader for V-Klay, however it could unlock it. Now I have fw05, I also want to enable using shootx65 or something like that, and of course patching.
So what is the method for M75?
Thx in advance![/i] |

It worked okay using px75v1 and PapuaUtils v0.7.5c; first generated well the ESN and HASH, then PU calculated the SKEY and BKEY, as it was supposed to. I've noticed there's a window for HWID and another one near it, where I chosed my fon from a list (M65=321), as PU downloaded from the fon and showed this info in the large window in the right. From now on I work with the fon powered off; took care to the com1 ('cos PU keeps changing the com port) and pressed "Service Mode" and immediately the red button at the fon. Now there's at least a problem, 'cos I got different messages (among tens of tryings to do the job):
Autostart....
Íåò îòâåòà íà çàãðóçêó!
Ïðîâåðüòå íîìåð ïîðòà, êàáåëü, òåëåôîí, mode!
, other times:
Autostart....
boot not loaded!
Òåëåôîí íàõîäèòñÿ â "Ôîðìàò äèñêîâ?"!
Then "Service Mode" button comes back by itself, displaying what I wrote. I've noticed that, when displaying that text ended "mode!", the bar progress keeps staying at less than a quarter (I left that for an hour and nothing happent) and if I press again the "Service Mode" (and the fon's red button, to reinitialize the job) it displays:
"Booting in Service Mode"...
Òûêàé êíîïó!
and then again:
Autostart....
Íåò îòâåòà íà çàãðóçêó!
Ïðîâåðüòå íîìåð ïîðòà, êàáåëü, òåëåôîí, mode!
I have a (chinese, I guess) cable I used to patch my old M55, to which I attached two 15k resistors, to make the PC "see" the 65 serie fons.
Tell me please, what might be the problem here?!?.. |
