EDGE connection problem happened to all EDGE models

Hi, 1st post here from probably the only user of Siemens mobile in Hong Kong.

I use Siemens mobile as a modem to connect the computer to internet, but I find out that whenever the connection speed is over 160kb/s the phone stop responding in 1-5mins.

I have tried Siemens EDGE models s75, SL71, EL71, C81. All are having the same problem. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you!!!

I have search throught the internet and cannot find a solution.

Years ago I have used Siemens modem of mobiles for connections PC to internet. I have solved some similar problem with service center, that consulted it with Siemens Center, but I newer knew why modem of mobile was asleep - stoped. I did some special logs.
I used modem by Bluetooth and I recovered that I set "recovery" interval on the site of PC to minimum = 1 min., default was 10 min, so this problem was solved. But each modem may stop after certain time, so I setup that PC starts automatically after 1-3 sec when modem stoped.

My Siemens modem not only stop responding, it hangs, and i have to take out the battery and switch on the phone again. Did you have the same problem?
