German T-Mobile is offering in their online shop Siemens ME75 for 9.95EUR with 2 years contract (SIM locked to T-Mobile), or for 199.95 without the contract. They will charge you more than 90.- EUR for unlocking the SIM if you want to... before the 2 year contact expires (!?!!)
Guess we can expect it very soon as "normal offer" for the better price!
UPDATE:
This was really fast: on December the 1st ME75 is offered for 170.- EUROS in my country. Not bad for the initial price... Guess I will wait for the major drop in prices after the Xmas
