I click dowload emergency and on 63% the computer i power on. Now the sxg75 is not power on. help me please! |

You should go to the shop, where you bought your SXG. Tell them there, that you were calling to someone and suddenly your mobile died and didn't want to start anymore. You should say it confusedly a frightenedly and they will probably - maybe - take your phone to their own service.
I'm not glad for this "cheating", but if there's no other way..

You can try it, it's possibility but, I don't like cheating. But How many services want to cheat  Everyone

The problem is, that you probably used bad fw software. I had same problem like you. Wanted to load to my SXG fw22, but it shuted down and didn't want to start again. After some time we found the solution and it was the bad software. If you use the software which is on this sites for SXG everything will be ok, but you must follow the guide (dont know if the guide here is in another language than czech). Another problem is czech location of this software, but you can change your language in settings on the phone to english or some other language from menu.
Now I have my SXG in service and the MB will be changed. Hope that I see my SXG soon

So you have to take out your SIM card from your phone. Turn on it. And when phone said, that you have no Sim card and you can connect your phone with 3GSwup and try to get fw 20 again.

Yes DCA-540. 3GSwup has to detect your phone when it is turn on and waiting for sim card. You have to be patient. When it doesn't detect it so restart phone and PC and try again. I had similar problem when I wanted to get fw22. My phone were connected till 1.5 hour of trying.
