yes, I told, you have to turn on mobile with holding # bottom and red bottom for turning on. Try it |
He means button, not a bottom. That's a little mistake, but it might counfuse you, so I wrote this  .

Well, you probably won´t work it out alone...
 The best way to reach any positive result is to send the phone to the shop where you buy it - you just say that the phone was fucked-up since when you buy it, maybe they could believe you and give your money back.
And then you can buy the SXG, which there aren´t any problems with.
BTW1 I absolutely couldn´t understand that some shops can sell a phone, though there is NO POST-PRODUCT SUPPORT for it anywhere 
This is really perhaps possible in Austria only 
BTW2: Some polish forums or services couldn´t help you?

It's typing error  . It's normal, that phone has buttons and not bottoms
