EF81_de-BRDHandel-std_58_0147.qzcs is an ZIP file.

Unpack it and you can see something. For instance:

Standard items of QXDM/Qualcomm ends at 4118.

It seems that the possible range is between 0-65000 (Maximum) Shocked

EF91 and S81 have custom items between:

EF91   32768-32991
S81   32768-32998


SXG75,EF81,SL91,SG75 seems not in this area...

We need an script. To "ping" between 4118-65000 to find the items. Angel

With QXDM->Command Output

You can check with requestnvitemidread 5001, items by number.

Now it is possible to read out the NVM folder...

Items are higher 65000.

Simple create an *.csv with range between 65000-70000

I have found on this way over 100 items.
