a friend wrote my fubu to his el71. now he can't power on it. after pressing the power button there is only a bip. he doesn't have bootcore and eeprom backups or fubu. what can we do to repair it...?

wtf? you edited something in hex and burned to bcore? The phone is probably dead..

All you needed to do is to open the newest x65, x75 Papua Utils 0.9.1 EN and in the "Various" section of the program click on the "5008 Unlock" button.

Unlocking the phone means, you burn your IMEI to EEPROM so its the same as in BOOTCORE. If they are the same, the phone turns on, if not, it beeps.

He wrote the bootcore also? How is that possible? V_klay is default set not to write the bootcore. Well.. the phone is dead, you could try to make a testpoint if some exists
