Asking for Menu.cfg on sMenu 9.x

Sorry i had a question, i use sMenu 9.0 to get transparent background image, but things won't do exactly, here's my capture of the problem :



Menu is stuck down and not laying vertically, i use this setting parameters on menu.cfg :
