Siemens S75 phone

I have two Siemens S75 mobile phones, and the problem is as follows:

1. The number 0 does not work on the key pad when I try to type in my SIM CARD pin.

2. The second Siemens mobile phone does. not start up when I switch it on .

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Disassemble the first phone and clean the MMI board. If the "0" key still doesn't work afterwards, swap the MMI board with one from the second phone.
