I obtained to change the IMEI, but of the OTP not. Shocked

How I can I disactivate the OTP, of siemens?

my phone is blocked by the operator, would like to modify the IMEI, to make called in the operator. I changed the IMEI of phone, but the OTP I do not obtain to change.

Hmmm, OTP is an one-writable memory, you know. Theoretically after flashing new bcore OTP would be unlocked but practically it´s not so. Think
